Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)

West Michigan Wireless ISP does not support or recommend the use of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services over our network.

VoIP services include, but are not limited to, Vonage, Packet 8, Skype or any other service intended to replace a wired phone line or to allow one to place or receive calls connecting to the telephone network.

You are welcome to use these services.  However,  we will provide no support, technical or otherwise, to make these services work.  These services may work today and stop working tomorrow.  In no case will West Michigan Wireless ISP accept any liability for the proper or improper functioning of theses services.  Our network does not support geo-location or E911 services.

Use these services at your own risk.

In our opinion, Broadband Data Services are not a substitute for Telephone Service. (wired or cellular)
